Como Técnico de Mantenimiento en Hines, tus principales responsabilidades serán, sin embargo, no son limitativas a:
· Realizar los trabajos de Mantenimiento Preventivo, Predictivo y Correctivo (Eléctrico, Plomería en General, Aire Acondicionado, Estéticos como pintura, tablaroca, resanes, albañilería).
· Conocimientos en automatización
· Atención y seguimiento a los de reportes de mantenimiento y llenado de bitácoras.
· Conocimiento en medidas de seguridad laboral.
· Realizar recorridos detectando riesgos y necesidades.
Requisitos mínimos solicitados:
· Bachillerato/Preparatoria o Carrera técnica en Electricidad, Electromecánica o afín trunco o concluida.
· Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en el área de mantenimiento en inmuebles en general y/o Oficinas categoría AAA.
· Actitud de servicio, trabajo en equipo, proactividad, atención al detalle, disciplina y organización.
· Disponibilidad para rolar turnos (mañana, tarde y noche) / Lunes a Domingo con descanso entre semana.
